When Grain Schooner was first launching, a core part of our mantra was to make noise for breweries that we don't just love but don't have the digital reach and in Fife, there are a few breweries that fit that mould. If Blunt Chisel was based in Edinburgh or Glasgow, I have no doubt you'd be hearing about them a lot more.
