Habitual Harmony with Nora Sophia

Experiencing a near death event years ago is what ignited me to live my life through a practice of intention & purpose. What I didn't realize is how many people don't understand how to live this way. So, I began my journey of sharing this gift with with the world. Whether through my business, my writing or this podcast--the message and the passion is all the same. It is habitual harmony.

What is "Habitual Harmony"?

I am the Habitual Harmonist. The life I want to create and teach people to experience is full of harmony. Why not balance? Balance intimates scales. I have no interest in trying to balance everything, but harmony...Harmony is many things being able to co-exist together. So, listen in as I speak to this and my why.

Guided Meditation- Being A Loving Witness To Ourselves

How often are you a loving witness to yourself? We are taught to be a witness to ourselves, void of judgement, but what is it like to be a witness offering love and compassion? What is it like to attend to ourselves so we can free ourselves from anxiety, situations, emotions, and people? In this meditation, we will give ourselves the gift of restorative energy so we can walk through the liminal threshold to the next space of transformation waiting for us.

Meet Dr. Amy Jill Levine, "Go learn something, but remember who you are."

Dr. AJ Levine was introduced to me over a decade ago. She is brilliant, funny and has a heart full of not only love of humanity but courage. We talk about her time growing up, learning to give communion to Barbie, why you couldn't be Pope unless you were Italian, the power of the parables and so much more. AJ, as she prefers to be called, will inspire you with her understanding but more so with her delivery. She is engaging, insightful and simply a lovely human. If you haven't read any of her books you should, they include: "The Misunderstood Jew, The Church and The Scandal of the Jewish Jesus", "Short Stories by Jesus", so many more and recently "The Jewish Annotated New Testament" she released with co-editor Mark Zvi Brettler.

Scott Heare is Here. Mentor, Rabbi, Friend.

So many of you have asked how my spiritual journey began, who fostered it, who challenged it. Well, this podcast is about that guy. Scott Heare is a treasure. He has a heart the size of Texas and the deepest well of knowing. Scott is the one who taught me long ago, it's not arriving at an answer, it's in asking better questions. He is a Methodist Pastor, but to simply introduce him that way, is far too small and too confining a box. He is a friend. He is my mentor and he was my first Rabbi. So grateful to him for not only the spiritual lessons but the understanding of my identity, sonship and my why.

GuidedMeditation: Creation as Teacher

Do you live your story or do you live your life like a story erased? Sometimes we can lose our fire. For me, life is about letting go and beginning again. In this video, I share about a near death experience and how this taught me to not play small, use my voice and the importance of learning from all things including our oneness with nature. Following, I offer a guided meditation about learning from trees as a teacher and what they have to share.

Jake Rother on tennis, mindset, learning & life.

This podcast was special. I had the honor of listening to the wise takeaways of my son as we travel through his journey. We talk about what tennis has meant to him, the identity it provided, the lessons learned from understanding who we are. We dove into how the view of ourselves matters, the importance of learning from everyone and so much more. Jake shares about the great people he's been privileged to teach and those he's had the pleasure of learning from. And of course we talk about learning from ourselves and transformation. I hope you enjoy this as much as I enjoyed sitting with Jake, not as my son, but as a young man wise beyond his years.
