What an amazing podcast. As the mother of 2 boys with very different personalities, it was particularly fascinating to hear Ryan talking about how he felt/ feels. We make so many assumptions about people and I did this to my eldest sons cost. One assumes that kids are pretty much all the same but it wasn't until my son was 21 that we discovered he has ADHD and that he has been masking to fit in until his anxiety became so bad he could barely function. Love you both and please keep sharing ❤️
