In this episode two couples therapists talk polyamory. On the rise in current dating spheres, polyamory has come in as a way to negate the rate of divorces in marriages. It espouses that one person cannot meet all your needs, so why be sneaky about it when you can be upfront and communicative? We discuss the pros and cons as well as what Priscilla has seen in the therapy room, and discuss the age old question, is polyamory really all it's cracked up to be? Are you making decisions from love or fear? In this episode Kiara discusses being mindful of where we are making our decisions from and noting if they are coming from love or fear. In a world where we are constantly at the mercy of the ego mind telling us the worst case scenario for everything, and getting this reflected back by others too, it can be hard to cut through the noise to listen to our heart and our own inner wisdom of what is right for us. In this episode I share some examples and also how to connect in with your own heart, in times when it is particularly hard to make decisions around what is expected of us and what is it our heart actually wants to do. And what can happen when you do take the leap. The leap that our mind will tell us is too big to navigate. Disclaimer: this episode is not telling you to do anything, use your own discernment and inner wisdom to find what is right for you. In this episode, I discuss my perspective on the intersection of religion and spirituality and how I’ve gone from being raised religious, to atheist, to spiritual, to finally full circle of seeing how the two can come together and work hand in hand. I discuss what’s missing in modern religion, the legacy of mary magdelene and jesus and how we can all journey on the path to a higher consciousness if we so choose. Obviously this ep will not be for everyone and I may challenge your views in this episode, please only take on what resonates and make your own decisions about what aligns with your own belief systems and values, there is no right or wrong here, only what you choose to believe and prescribe to. There is no shame or hierarchy of betterment in being religious, or spiritual and I encourage you to discern what feels true for you within your body. Thankyou for listening.

In this episode we discuss the lessons i was traversing and interesting intuitive turn of events that occurred in order for me to meet my current partner. Some might say fate, but i was simply following my intuitive nudges and the idea of letting go or what you think it should look like in order to call in what is even better than you could've imagined. The signs and synchronicities that led the way are explored as well as other lessons of letting go when you feel something is no longer serving you.
