In this episode Kiara discusses being mindful of where we are making our decisions from and noting if they are coming from love or fear. In a world where we are constantly at the mercy of the ego mind telling us the worst case scenario for everything, and getting this reflected back by others too, it can be hard to cut through the noise to listen to our heart and our own inner wisdom of what is right for us. In this episode I share some examples and also how to connect in with your own heart, in times when it is particularly hard to make decisions around what is expected of us and what is it our heart actually wants to do. And what can happen when you do take the leap. The leap that our mind will tell us is too big to navigate.
