"Collapse Timelines for Your Goal—Without Hustling or Overworking"A couple of years ago, I started collapsing my timelines. Instead of waiting until the end of the year to achieve my goals, I asked myself, "How can I make this happen now?"It’s about changing the beliefs you have about yourself and taking different actions to get you closer—faster. You have to ask: What do I need to start doing, and what do I need to stop doing?Crunching a timeline forces you to evaluate if your current actions are helping or holding you back. It forces you to think critically and creatively because almost everything you’re doing right now won’t get you to the goal you’ve set—you’ve raised the bar. You need 10x thinking to match your goal. This challenge will bring up doubt, fear, and overwhelm. But those feelings are the exact things you need to face to grow. This is where coaching comes in—work through those feelings every week to keep moving forward.Your goals are meant to work for you, not against you.So many hesitate to set goals because they fear failure. But it’s not about hitting the goal—it’s about who you become while working toward it. We chase goals thinking they’ll make us feel a certain way, but the secret is generating that feeling now—before you even get there. For example, many think they’ll feel confident once they get their flight offer. But confidence isn’t something you wait for—it’s something you create from within first. Here’s how we’re collapsing the timeline to Flight:Step 1: Set a specific goal.Step 2: Identify the result you want to create.Step 3: What feeling do you think you’ll have when you achieve that goal?Step 4: How can you generate that feeling NOW? Start with beliefs that feel believable and build up.By generating the feelings and beliefs now, you collapse your timeline to Flight and get there faster.Join us inside The Flight Prep Academy, we are collapsing people's timelines to Flight.Join The Flight Prep Academy Here

We often think as we are going through school…we have to do things perfectly. What I learned about critical care and Flight, is that you have to heavily go with the flow, embrace the chaos, and rely on gut and feelings.Because, I see so many people wanting to go at it perfectly, they never start towards this Flight goal at all. They think things have to be perfect:Their confidence.Their time they have to work on it.Their circumstances and life have to align perfectly. The reality is, LIFE IS NOT PERFECT.Getting to Flight will require you to become the person who grows the capacity to always figure it out as it comes, and to not be scared of the unknown. In this episode I talk about what is required to get out of the perfect student mindset, and how to grow your belief and capability in yourself WHILE going for Flight. It will require a LOT OF IMPERFECTION.Listen to this episode on Apple Podcast or Spotify or click on the link in the bio now. And, if you have decided you want flight and want to stop wondering and waiting, join us inside The Flight Prep Academy. You’ll learn how to grow your confidence and belief in yourself WHILE going for this goal.I’ll support you and help you all the way to a Flight offer, no matter where you are starting. If Flight has been on your mind but you feel unsure, underqualified, or behind—you’re not alone. In this episode, I’m sharing 3 things I wish I knew earlier. These would have saved me months of doubt and helped me get to Flight faster.Lesson #1: Map out your plan sooner.A clear roadmap keeps you on track and eliminates unnecessary hustle. This week only, join us and get a bonus 20-minute 1:1 Roadmap Call with me to map out your Flight plan together.Lesson #2: Do ride-alongs and make connections as soon as you know you want Flight. Focus on leadership inside your critical care unit. The sooner you make connections and do Ride Alongs, the faster you’ll stand out. Flight companies want leaders who go above and beyond in their units, not just those with the most experience.Lesson #3: Get a mentor and support.Trying to figure this out alone costs time and confidence. A mentor will give you the direction, feedback, and accountability you need to stay on track.Recap:1️⃣ Map your plan early.2️⃣ Do ride-alongs, make connections, and focus on leadership.3️⃣ Don’t go it alone—get support.Flight isn’t about waiting. It’s about deciding, and you belong here.BONUS:When you join The Flight Prep Academy by July 19, you’ll get a bonus 20-minute Roadmap Call with me to map your next steps and create your personalized Flight plan.Start today. A lot of people want to know how to get to Flight Nursing quickly—but the truth is, it’s not supposed to be easy. The journey to Flight is hard, and it’s meant to be. But here’s the kicker—YOU CAN HANDLE THE HARD.People want the result, but they don’t always want to go through the struggles, the hiccups, and the obstacles along the way. Yet, it’s not just about getting to Flight—it’s about who you become in the process. The challenges you face now will be the same ones you'll face when you get hired in Flight. If you rush through them, you’re missing the chance to learn the tools that will serve you once you’re in that helicopter seat. The adversity you face now is what shapes you into the Flight Nurse or Medic you need to be.I know, because my own journey was full of obstacles. From childhood trauma to going through nursing school as an older student, and this being my second career—it all shaped me into the Flight Nurse I needed to be.But you have to be willing to press play, to start now, not later. Decide you want Flight, and take action toward it right now—not tomorrow, not next month, not next year. The difference between those who succeed and those who don’t is that some are willing to BECOME the person it takes to get to Flight. It takes believing in yourself before you have the result, just like you did when you first stepped into nursing school or critical care. It takes investing in yourself, having a mentor, and knowing it’s about growth, not hustle. The person who becomes ready for Flight is the one who grows their capacity through the hard, not by overworking or hustling. And when the hard comes, you’ll be ready. This is where Flight Nurses are made. Flight is closer to you than you think.Click below for info to get started inside.Join The Flight Prep Academy

In this Week’s Group Call inside The Flight Prep Academy, we broke down a recent Flight Interview and uncovered a key truth: Too many aspiring Flight Nurses try to "perfect" their answers to get hired. They stack up their resumes, thinking they need to say the “right” things to look better. But here’s the truth: Flight companies see right through that. The secret? Vulnerability.Vulnerability is what helps you stand out and be yourself during interviews. It’s uncomfortable, yes—but it’s required in this work. Being vulnerable means showing up authentically, asking for help when needed, and letting people see the real you.And here's the game-changer—Moving into a mindset of giving and connecting with the people in the interview will help you get out of "approval energy" and into a place of service. When you stop trying to impress and start focusing on how you can contribute, the real you shines through. Here’s the kicker: Your patients on calls will FEEL vulnerable as well—on the hardest day of their lives. When you embrace vulnerability for yourself now, you’ll be able to serve them when they need it most.I teach you how to get out of “approval energy” during interviews. It’s about moving from performance to connection, and that’s when the doors open.If you’re ready to face the discomfort, work through it, and create a plan to get hired, come join us inside The Flight Prep Academy. This is the program Flight companies are hiring from, and I’ll help you cut your timeline in half.Click below to get started, and let’s go make it happen.Join The Flight Prep Academy

Let’s talk about something I see all the time in future Flight Nurses & Medics... You're "actioning" your way toward Flight — racking up certs, bouncing between ER and ICU, checking all the boxes. But you're still not moving forward. Why? Because deep down, you still don’t feel ready. And here’s the truth: you never will. Not until you learn to bring the fear, the self-doubt, and the nervousness with you — and go anyway. In this week’s episode, I break down:✅ Why external validation (like new certs) won’t get you hired✅ How to start building confidence now instead of waiting for it to magically show up✅ The exact mindset shifts that helped dozens of Flight Prep Academy members get hired✅ How to stop spinning in confusion and finally step into your Flight identity 🚁 If you knew Flight was inevitable… what would you start doing, AND what would you stop doing today? This episode helps you answer that — and take action from a place of belief, not burnout. If you know you want Flight, join us inside The Flight Prep Academy to finally get clear and on track now. Let’s stop waiting to feel ready. I’ll show you exactly how to get there — no matter where you're starting...Click here to join us inside
