Yeah, I know, I am weird, and upon later in life pondering, "one of the coolest eccentric peeps you have known, and that was BEFORE he accepted himself. After that, well,"LOL! Hope ya enjoy the listen and feel improved in spirit. Balance in the mind and body gives ya flow. Ever experienced flow? Like drummin and you don't care who sees or knows, or making something and you become a channel that is present and allowing the universe to express through your unique skills and talents? That is what I have experienced as flow. My church growing up called it the Holy Spirit, or Holy Ghost, although they might say I don't know what I am talking about. I paid better attention than they thought, and dislike God's of Love that also kill the 1st born of an entire nation, or demand praise like some spoiled kid. Either God of Love or not. Simple.
