Like drummin and you don't care who sees or knows, or making something and you become a channel that is present and allowing the universe to express through your unique skills and talents? That is what I have experienced as flow. My church growing up called it the Holy Spirit, or Holy Ghost, although they might say I don't know what I am talking about.
