Introduction to Neurosystems Engineering, Spring 2011 (ECE 595)

Neurosystems Engineering is an emerging field at the intersection of Neuroscience, Psychology, and Engineering, and the University of New Mexico is its epicenter. Combining engineering, physics and psychology to better understand physiological brain signals and patterns of connections that might be correlated with and predictive of thoughts and behavior, Neurosystems Engineering, involves neuroscientists, psychologists, physicians, engineers, sensor and information system developers, health-care providers, modeling and simulation engineers and ethicists.
