In this episode, we decide to take the month of September and challenge ourselves and set some goals. Reuben wont smoke weed or play video games all month, and will workout everyday and Journal. Austin is giving up booze and gluten and riding his bike each day. We talk about self improvement, pitfalls of mindset, how to stay consistent or start over when needed and how to not be too hard on yourself.
