Today we sit down with Energy Healer and Psychic Medium, Samantha (aka, spokenoccult)... and boy, did we get deep on a spiritual level.
Of course we had some girl chats about some weekly updates and what the TikTok hot goss is before we really got into.
We talk about what a psychic medium really is... can she SEE ghosts? Can she talk to our loved ones? How does she tap into energy and what does ones energy really mean. Sam even lets us know that many of us have these intuitive and psychic abilities, we just need to be open to learning how to tap into it. We even get a LIVE tarot card reading and we were shook!! Also--- the crystal craze. Everyone on social media is obsessed with crystals, but how can they really be beneficial to us and our energy's? Sam lets us know!
On this episode we have a great conversation with Jesse Michel, athlete- turned entrepreneur.
Not only do we go deep into his journey of touring the world as a pro hockey player, but we get into how mindset is the key to managing the crazy world of professional hockey. Despite multiple injuries, Jesse details how his positive mindset helped him rise above the physical/mental pain and find opportunities elsewhere which have ultimately brought him an abundance of success.
We talk about how he went from owning an e-commerce clothing brand to being a multi-million dollar developer ALL within short amount of years. Our conversation on this episode really showed how putting your mind to something and being CONFIDENT in yourself, really can take you far.
We also piggy back off of our previous conversation on the podcast about women in sports.... and get some pretty interesting insight as to why women are paid less than men coming from someone with extensive background knowledge in the world of sports. This ones a good one so be sure to tune innnn!

Are you burnt out from work? In this episode we talk about work-life balance, how to reclaim control of your life and prioritize your happiness. We also get into a heavily requested topic, women's sports. Why women don't get paid as much as men, why women are labelled as less entertaining/ skilled, and going over some opinions on what needs to change in order to close the gender wage gap in sports. We end off the episode discussing Andrew Tate, is he "raising" a new generation?

Wow, can you believe it? We've hit Cento episodes of Keeping it Cento, and we couldn't be more excited! 🎉 To mark this epic milestone, we've invited two of our all-time favorite guests, Roman and Francy, to join us.
Fran's wild adventure with 6 weed gummies kicks things off with a bang, as we hilariously dissect her trippy journey.
Then, we dive into the age-old question: "Is there such a thing as 'no stupid questions'?" We explore Reddit's No Stupid Questions subthread and reveal our thoughts on some interesting relationship questions.
We also tackle the topic of dreams and goals, discussing how to tell if your dreams are truly aligned with your purpose in life.
The WFH (Work From Home) revolution is here to stay, but is it a blessing or a curse? We weigh the pros and cons from an employee and business owner, and invite you to join the conversation.
We end off with a game of "the song imposter". Can you spot the odd one out? ;)
We want to take a moment to say THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts for sticking with us for the past two years. Here's to another hundred episodes and beyond!
This week we have OUR FAV people on the pod, our boyfriends Roman and Francy!
Of course we get into our weekly updates... Rome and Sam go into a debate that frequents their household: why doesn't Sam like blockbuster/Oscar award winning movies?!?!?!
Then we get into the good stuff-- navigating life changes can be hard & sometimes when you feel like your life isn't going in a positive direction, small steps to change different areas of your life, GRADUALLY, is what will make a difference.
Francy tells us about how he navigated all the noise/opinions around him while. From being unemployed for months to eventually landing his dream job and ultimately transforming other areas of his life as well.
Plus, we get into a wellllll needed debate about the extent to which partners should discuss past traumas, relationships and issues they've had with their current partner. What matters to one may not matter to the other, but that is why it is important to communicate these things. The boys give their opinion on it!
Its a good one!
This week we get intoooo it on some topics we haven't really covered before. And thankfully, we had an amazing guest to guide us through this conversation and share so much informative tidbits of advice.
Gina is a certified Sex & Relationship Coach specializing in embodied intimacy through a somatic and Tantric lens. She helps high achieving women reconnect with their sexuality and thrive in relationships. She is 3x certified in the VITA Coaching method with specialties in Female Sexuality and Conscious Dating. Her professional career also includes 12 years as a mental health clinician with experience in trauma and psychotherapy. She holds a Bachelors of Science, Double Major in Kinesiology and Psychology from York University and a Masters of Science from the University of Toronto. Also a certified Meditation Teacher, Trauma Informed Yoga Instructor, and Sound Healer, Gina curates experiences that bring individuals and groups towards deep healing and expansion. Her passion is to co-create a transformative healing journey that connects you to your body’s wisdom, opens your heart and guides you back home to yourself.
We also get into some of our hesitations when it comes to talking about healing through embracing our womanhood and sexuality-- plus, some ways we've recently been able to open up to ourselves and connect!
Welcome backkk!
This week we sit down and have a candid convo with Mel, aka, Fran's best friend. We talk about getting married 'early' and what that really means + societal opinions surrounding marriage in your early twenties.
We also discuss mental health and our experiences with anxiety medication as well as other healing mechanisms. Sam also recalls some trauma when it comes to her first experiences with panic attacks and anxiety & how it plays into who she is today, while Mel gets candid about how she has coped/healed her anxiety for most of her teens and adult life.
This episode truly felt like a bff sleepover chat LOL! By the end of it we totally forgot we were even in studio. So sit back, grab a lil snacky snack and come chat with us.
Welcome back fam. This weeks ep is all about self-love & nurturing our emotions and boy oh boy was it an emotional one... apparently theres a new moon vibe & its getting everyone in their energetic feels. Like, literally we've been crying every single day!
This emotional release, so to speak, leads us to some clarity with regards to whats REALLY triggering these emotions deep down. We get vulnerable about our sibling issues... whats it like feeling as though you need to be the perfect leader as the older sibling of the fam... and whats it like feeling like you need to follow in someone else's footsteps as the youngest? All this and more!
Sam also gets a mini therapy sesh from Roman and Fran about how she should work on cutting outttt her people pleasing & start focusing on what SHE truly wants.. and Fran lets us in on some rllllly amazing words of wisdom from a new personal development book shes reading. Is the easy way out sometimes the right way in to something else? Food for thought...
This week Roman joins as a third co-host to banter about all things moving out. We're all so excited as young adults to buy our first homes or move out on our own, but no one really talks about the mental toll it takes, not in terms of finances, but in terms of actually getting used to your new surroundings.
We also get into the Balenciaga story and in general, why do people start posting online about 'hot topics' pretending to care... are you really ashamed of this designer brand or are you just taking a picture of yourself throwing out the $1200 pair of Balenciaga shoes you already bought to SHOW Instagram that you care.
We also try international snacks PART 2.
All this and more
We're with Dr. Morgan this week who is an amazzzzing relationship coach and expert in all things relating to attachment styles. We get deep into how our romantic relationships and even our sister relationships are affected by the way we each handle communication as well as how we approach situations. Dr. Morgan helps us to distinguish between securely attached and anxiously attached styles and how to respond to certain situations based on your partners identified styles.
We also discuss the most important relationship of them all... thats your relationship to self. Do you ever feel like you are so busy catering to other peoples needs, making sure your other relationships are in good places that you leave very little space for your deepest desires, aka, not fueling yourself up? I know that feeling all to well.... let's see what Dr. Morgan has to say about that.
PLUS she gives us some expert tips on how to identify things that happen in your day to day that may trigger mood changes. At the end of the day these tips help you to look back on the different activities or occurrences that brought up your happy, angry, sad, etc. mood---ultimately helping with overall mindfulness and taking care of yourself!!
On this weeks episode, Roman is back for a Roman's rant video. We talk about the rollercoaster of emotions when buying a first home and leaving your childhood home for the first time. We also take an attachment style quiz. Do you ever feel like you cant sympathize with other people emotions, or youre too heavily relied on, or you get defensive when other people point out something youve done wrong? Our results may resonate with you. Plus we try cool international snacks and rate them 1/10, grab some snacks and join us!
We're back with another episode and this week we get pretty heated!
Fran is late to the game, but her new Game Of Thrones obsession sparked an interesting conversation about the worst T.V show characters to exist. Who do you think takes spot #1? We also get into the topic of relationship jealousy and setting boundaries.
Why do some of us feel the NEED to be the "chill girlfriend"? Is there a certain amount of jealousy in a relationship that can be considered 'healthy'? How can we respect our partners wants yet also set boundaries to protect ourselves and our needs?
We are NOT experts.. but tune into the convo and let us know what ya think.
We’re back with a rant! On this weeks episode we discuss the great and not so great shows happening on netflix right now… would you go on a dating show with your sibling? Weird? Not weird? idk..
In honour of Sams bday month, she dives into 6 key lessons she's learned in the last year...including the realization that not everyone will treat you or certain situations with the same amount of care/respect as you. Sometimes its hard to come to terms with things like this, but that is the only way you won' harbour resentment... what do you think!?
Also, do you ever wonder why you're still tired, even after 8+ hours of sleep!? You’re body actually needs multiple types of rest... more than just the typical 8 hours a night type of thing. Millionaires use the rest methods we talk about in this weeks episode to keep them at their sharpest.. listen & find out...
Thank you Siempre Tequila for sponsoring this weeks episode!
On this weeks episode we are doing something a littttttle bit different. We have the wonderful Mixology Matt on the pod who has quickly turned a hobby/side hustle into a successful business. Matt takes us through one of his mixology classes and teaches us how to make a professional Margarita and Paloma!
Of course a long the way we spill some tea, ask Matt some burning questions and also make a fool of ourselves bc we can't seem to get the utensils to work.. lol. Tune in if you want to join in on the laughter/chat & also learn how to professionally make some of the best Tequila mixed drinks we've ever had! & seriously, go grab yourself a bottle of Seimpre Tequila for your next night out... or day in ;)
Must be 19+ (Canada) to consume
Must me 21+ (USA) to consume
On this weeks episode we take a break from topic-based discussions and have a convo with Roman and Francy about one of our favorite pass times... debunking conspiracy theories.
Idk about you guys, but when we're not working, doing the podcast, paying bills, etc, etc, we are nose deep on Reddit conspiracies & it is so fun. We even get into how some of these theories have been present in our own lives... such as sleep paralysis meaning there is a demon in your room....
Sit back and enjoy some really far-fetched and some potentially accurate theories we researched. Do you think any of them have merit?.....
We are soooo excited to be able to share this weeks episode with @The Anxiety Guy with you all!
Dennis has been a pillar in our anxiety healing journey. Specifically, during a time when I felt super alone, scared and misunderstood, it was Dennis' videos that really gave me the tools to be able to start healing and rationally thinking about my health anxiety.
On this episode we Dennis tells us about his own journey from struggling with anxiety to his healing process to now being a mentor/advocate for so many! We also discuss anxiety triggers resulting from trauma, how to identify health anxiety symptoms and Fran and I also get really personal with our own mental health journey's.
Make sure you look our for the amazing exercise Dennis conducts where he helps us reflect on instances of anxiety to compare it with moments of confidence, calmness and ease. You guys can try it at home too!!
Let us know what ya think And do us favour... go check out his YouTube channel and make it a resource for yourself if you are someone who suffers with anxiety... or just want some amazing insight on mental health in general.

This week on the podcast we have the amazzzzing Alessai Scauzillo— business owner and founder of A Sculpt Body. We have an amazing conversation with her about her holistic approach to fitness, how the fitness industry can often have a solely aesthetic approach to fitness as opposed to a health/wellness approach, and how we’ve personally feel into the cycle of body dysmorphia because of these social norms.
She also gives some background on how she was able to go from her 6-figure corporate job to starting her own business from scratch — the mindset shift that had to occur within her that ultimately translated into her full 100% energy into her business and in turn propelled her to be able to quit her corporate job for good. Alessia gets into some of her motivations as to why she started this business and how she has been able to successfully dedicate herself to it for the last 2 years. If anybody out there is thinking about going full-time with their dose-hustle, be sure to listen to Alessia’s insightful advice on how to push through that fear of failure and what others think… once you pass that threshold, theres not stopping you ;)
What an amazing episode! ave listen and be sure to give Alessia’s program a try with her 7-day free trial at www.acultptbody.com. OR check he rout on IG to ask her some question and find out more @alessiasculpt.

On this weeks episode we're joined with our boyfriends, Roman and Francy for another highly requested rant episode.
We start off with weekly updates (of course), and this leads into a pretty heated conversation about compromising in a relationship. You should definitely make an effort to enjoy the activities that your partner enjoys, but sometimes you just can't force it!
We also get into why we can sometimes hate Instagram and how it affects self-esteem from a males POV. Further, the ways in which toxic masculinity can hurt rather than help men that need some emotional support or pick me up. #Niceguysdontfinishlast
