As a caregiver for 17 years, I've watched lots of people die or in the process. The room they are in feels different and in almost everyone I've been around their families come to collect them. Bad people it's lots of anxiety and need meds to calm them. But IDC I've seen enough that I know we go somewhere and heaven/hell is real.

Jillian, remember you are enough and you are a good mum and person, you have so much going on right now, and you will get to the other side and your children will be fine, do not be so hard on yourself, give yourself time, enjoy the little things. I love this podcast so much, but I really don't like the phone call questions! Much prefer it when y'all take questions from email/Twitter, without calling the actual question asker

I really, really missed Jillian's show. She has helped inspire and motivate me so much through everything that she does. Her radio show got me through the beginning of my weight loss, through the rough patches and all the way to the end. Now that I'm working to maintain it, I couldn't be happier to have her back. If you've never heard her show before, you are missing out. Please do yourself a big favor and check it out! She is awesome!
