Trying to control things that are beyond our control can lead to desperation, stress, and negativity. It is crucial to understand the difference between healthy management and overcontrol. Healthy management involves focusing on what is within our own responsibility, while overcontrol is trying to control things that are not our responsibility. A sense of desperation can be felt in the body when we are trying to control something that is out of our control. On the other hand, empowerment feels like forward movement and growth. Planning is essential to achieve our goals and avoid the traps of desperation and control. Having a well-thought-out plan that takes into account all the variables we can control will help prevent impulsive behavior. It is also essential to focus on the things that we can actually have an impact on, rather than things that are outside of our control. By doing so, we can make progress towards achieving our goals without exposing ourselves to unnecessary risks. Successful people understand the importance of trust and faith in achieving their goals. They do not try to control everything but rather focus on what they can control with faith that everything will fall into place. One way they do this is by delegating responsibilities and including other people in their journey. Delegating responsibilities allows us to focus on what we can control and let others handle other parts of the process that we cannot control. It is also a practice of trust in others and oneself. To achieve success, we need to find a balance between what we can control and what we cannot, as well as trust and faith. Balancing physical action, internal action, and rest is also crucial to our well-being and success. By recognizing what is within our control, delegating responsibilities, and trusting the universe, we can achieve our goals without undue stress and anxiety.
