Mentorship can be such a scary or foreign concept but most of us engage in it informally all the time. Leadership and mentorship often go hand in hand. Being a mentor and being mentored by others is rewarding in both a professional and personal capacity and can make our lives richer and deepen our relationships with our mentors and mentees.
