thanks for this meditation but it was soooo repetitive and exhausting.
this is amazing. I use it for my generally mild anxiety but recently I had the most awful attack ever. felt it mentally and physically. the minute I heard Mary's voice I started to calm down and actually ended up having the most deeply felt meditation experience that I've ever had. by the time the meditation was over I was feeling much better and within another 15 minutes felt totally normal. this is a wonderful meditation. thank you
