💥 Why the Scale Is NOT Your Measure of Success in Menopause 💥 Let’s talk truth: the scale is a terrible measure of success during menopause. Here’s why: 🔸 Hormones fluctuate daily: water retention, inflammation, and sleep all affect your weight. 🔸 Muscle vs fat: you might be shrinking in size but gaining muscle (which is a good thing!). 🔸 Your body is changing: and that’s normal! But the scale won’t show improved strength, better mood, or balanced blood sugar. 🔸 Chasing a number can sabotage your mindset: when real progress is happening in your energy, confidence, and how your clothes fit. ✨ In midlife, success is not a number. And sometimes… it’s heavy. Mood swings, anxiety, identity shifts, burnout and it’s a lot to carry alone. Getting support doesn’t mean you’re weak.
