Matthew 25:21–46 presents a sobering picture of sin, judgment, hell, and condemnation, showing that our choices and actions reveal the true condition of our hearts. At the final judgment, Christ will separate people like sheep from goats, rewarding the faithful and condemning those who failed to live out their faith. Hell is described as eternal separation and punishment for those enslaved to sin, while heaven is the reward for those who trusted God and showed His love through their deeds. This passage warns that judgment is certain, and condemnation awaits those who persist in sin and selfishness, rejecting God's call to repentance. It urges us to live with holy urgency, walking in righteousness and compassion, knowing that our lives will be weighed before the righteous Judge.

Genesis 50:19–20 teaches that even when others intend harm, God can use those very circumstances for a greater purpose. Joseph, speaking to his brothers who had once betrayed him, chooses forgiveness over revenge, recognizing that he is not in the place of God to judge. He acknowledges that their actions, though meant for evil, were part of God's plan to save many lives. This passage highlights God's sovereignty, showing that He can bring good out of suffering and hardship. It encourages us to trust in God's larger plan, let go of bitterness, and believe that pain and adversity can serve a meaningful purpose beyond what we can immediately see.

In Genesis chapters 46 and 47, we witness Jacob's journey to Egypt with his entire family after learning that his son Joseph is still alive. God reassures Jacob not to fear going down to Egypt, promising to be with him. Jacob's family settles in Egypt, warmly welcomed by Joseph, who now holds a high position of authority. Joseph arranges for his family to live in the land of Goshen and wisely manages the food supply during the famine, providing for both the Egyptians and his own people, the Israelites.
Matthew 21:23-32 reveals Jesus' teaching that genuine obedience to God is measured by what we do, not just by what we say. Through the parable of the two sons, He illustrates that a person who may first resist God's call but later repents and obeys is more pleasing to God than one who agrees outwardly but fails to act. This passage challenges us to move beyond lip service, embrace true repentance, and demonstrate our faith through consistent, godly actions that align with the will of the Father.

Mwanzo 28:10-22 unatufundisha kuwa Mungu huwa pamoja nasi popote tulipo, na hujidhihirisha katika ndoto na maono ili kutuhakikishia ahadi zake; anapotuonyesha njia ya baraka, hutarajia pia kujitolea kwetu kwa uaminifu na ibada ya kweli.
Tushikamane na tumaini letu bila kuyumba, kwa kuwa Mungu aliyeahidi ni mwaminifu; tuwahimizane katika upendo na matendo mema, tusikose kukusanyika pamoja kama familia ya waamini, bali tuchocheane zaidi kadiri siku ya Bwana inavyokaribia.
Katika kifungu hiki, Yesu anaenda katika Mlima wa Mizeituni pamoja na wanafunzi wake, mahali alipozoea kwenda kuomba. Anawaagiza waombe ili wasiangukie majaribuni. Yesu mwenyewe anaingia katika maombi ya dhati, akionesha uchungu mkubwa wa roho hadi jasho lake linakuwa kama matone ya damu. Anamwomba Baba ikiwa inawezekana kikombe cha mateso kipite mbali naye, lakini bado anajisalimisha kwa mapenzi ya Mungu. Malaika anatokea kumtia nguvu. Huku wanafunzi wakiwa wamelala kwa huzuni, Yesu anawahimiza waamke waombe.
Katika Luka 13:6-9, Yesu anatoa mfano wa mtini uliopandwa katika shamba la mizabibu, ambao haukuwa ukizaa matunda kwa miaka mitatu. Mmiliki alitaka kuukata, lakini mkulima akaomba upewe mwaka mmoja zaidi, aupe matunzo ya kipekee ili uone kama utazaa matunda.
