This podcast seems to be an easy companion to mindfulness. It's well written and the guy's voice is not to mundane or too abrasive. I think I could learn from him and it's only 8-20 minute episodes!!!!
These are wonderful episodes for relaxing and mindfulness. They have helped me a lot. I particularly recommend the Body Scan, which I have listened many times. Thanks a lot!
