Hormone replacement therapy has been unnecessarily feared for 20 years based on the Women's Health Initiative which was done very poorly in 2002. I am going to continue to ask questions about HRT and the BENEFITS of it even though the current messaging is still out there that women should be afraid of the risks of cancer, heart disease and blood clots. I am not a doctor but I do encourage you to keep asking questions about how you can feel amazing. There might be more information out there you don't know about.

The more I research the influence hormones have on every body system, the more I realize the answer to "Could this be hormones?"... is YES! The list of hormone-related symptoms is very long and today's episode is just a brief overview of things that could be going on with your health that relate back to hormones. I believe we need to start talking about them loudly and proudly so we understand how to feel amazing for as long as we live. Nobody wants to live into our 80's if we feel horrible for 25 of them.
