BAM, which stands for Burnout Awareness Month, helps raise awareness around burnout in the workplace and its affects on mental health while providing tools for professionals to build mental resiliency. Inspiring Children Foundation is a national nonprofit that takes a "whole human approach" to improve at-risk youth's mental, physical, and emotional health.
