Today we have a special guest on the show, Cherie Gruenfeld. Cherie has been competing in triathlons for 33 years and completed her first Ironman triathlon when she was 48 years old. She is currently the oldest woman to complete the Iron Man World Championships at the age of 78 and the Iron Man 70.3 World Championships at the age of 80.
