Description

Welcome to the Move-the-Dirt podcast.  A show aimed at helping people live happier and more fulfilling lives.

Based on the Move the Dirt concept referred to by ex-NFL player John Welbourn,  the concept is simple.  By making the maximum effort that the circumstances of a particular day allow us to do, we keep making progress and move ever closer to our goals and hopefully a happier and more fulfilling life.

Same days we will use a shoval to move the dirt and somedays we will only be able to use a spoon....just keeping moving forward.
