Episode 4 has officially dropped! In this episode, I speak with my good friend, Erin Harker. Erin is the founder of Magick Makers and host of Kindred Club, a global online spiritual and wellness community. For over three years, she has been organizing community events for spiritual and witch communities in Durham, NC, from intimate meetups and workshops to seasonal gatherings and markets that draw thousands. Her work emerged from countless conversations with community members searching for opportunities to connect with other magically-minded folks. Recognizing this deep need for genuine spiritual community, she has dedicated herself to bridging virtual and local connection, believing that online and in-person communities offer unique benefits that complement rather than compete with each other. It is through this work with her community that she explores sacred hospitality—a tradition spanning cultures and centuries that transforms the simple act of welcome into a powerful tool for community building and social healing. Drawing from global indigenous wisdom and contemporary community organizing, this conversation explores how recognizing the divine in strangers can create the connections our souls are craving. Whether you consider yourself spiritual or secular, you'll discover how hospitality becomes spiritual practice that builds resilience not just for yourself but for your entire community. You can find Erin through her links below:* The Magick Makers* Instagram* Kindred Club* SubstackYou can also sign up for her workshop that deepens the conversations that we had today on Sacred Hospitality on her site: https://themagickmakers.com/sacred-hospitalityIf you enjoyed this conversation and want to work more with me, try attending my upcoming workshop on exploring your Natal Nodal Placements taking place on October 9th! I said I would post these irregularly, but here I am on schedule just one week later! I am sharing another free episode of Musings in Transit, a podcast based on my substack by the same name.In this second episode, I speak on the importance of the Nodes in astrology, what they are, and give some interpretations of my own for each placement. The idea is to provide a more clear and concise picture of what the nodes represent and what they mean for you. This is just a small taste of a larger story that I am crafting around the nodes in just a few weeks. Happy listening! If you enjoyed this conversation about the nodes, try attending my upcoming workshop on exploring your Natal Nodal Placements! Welcome to the first episode of Musings in Transit, the podcast. Every Friday, I will create a space where I (and/or a guest) will muse on astrology, fashion, trends, culture, design, and more. Consider it everything I already do in a little spoken form. This episode is a little musing and support system for Eclipse Season September 2025. I explore some themes of the season: release, control, surrender, and faith. I bring up previous eclipse cycles, what it means that this is a south node season, while giving a little practical advice on what to do during eclipse season in general! The hope is to give you space to repattern your thinking on eclipses — removing any fear. Eclipses are often seen as such negative things, but they are doorways and portals, opportunities to walk on a new path. They are cosmic dustpans and brooms, kicking up dust first before helping you clean up any messes. My desire with this is to create something that can be enlightening, engaging, and fun. Let me know what you thought of this first, inaugural episode. Perhaps even share what you would like to see! I am really excited for the guest episodes to be launched later this month and year!If you enjoyed this conversation about the nodes and eclipses, try attending my upcoming workshop on exploring your Natal Nodal Placements!
