Bright Line Eating is GREAT for those suffering with stomach issues. And you gave some false information. There's a no measuring - one plate rule, a scale isn't required. I have celiac and am sleeved so have had no probs on BLE. 🙃 It's as strict and crazy as you need it to be, and you are allowed to modify it to fit your needs. oh and there's a 4 meal a day option and a 5 meal a day option for those who need to snack. I don't believe you did your due diligence.

i started listening to this podcast a week or two ago. As a recent nutrition graduate, I really appreciate the way that the information is put forward during these podcasts and how research is used to back up all the claims. Each episode is also short enough that I can listen to it wherever I am without needing to pause in the middle.
