In this episode, Ty and I discuss how he defines success, and how we all 'find' success and chase it differently. We talk about going to college and getting a degree vs. putting yourself straight into the work and learning how to be successful in that way. Learning and applying can also be different for everyone! We then discuss how sometimes in the way we were raised, and/or how we watched our parents created this innate responsibility within ourselves to go chase after our own successes. Ty quickly learned how he wanted to 'work smarter, not harder.' Whatever your craft, Ty mentions however you can best create value, people will pay for it. "Banks create money out of no where, why can't we?" At the same time, if you see someone having success, go do what they did and try to do it better! Your implementation and your personality are your trademark. Ty reminds us that successful people hang around successful people, go do the same, and you will level up naturally. On Ty's social media he shares financial advice every Friday called, "Finance Friday." We discuss smart investments that help us longterm, and having an 'abundance mindset.' In this episode, I introduce Boo as one of the "Co-Founders" to On The Table Podcast. All joking aside, we literally had conversations that brought this whole idea to life. We talk about the "hustle" and that when you're in the right place, how that "hustle" can go further and means more. In the world of business or chasing after your dreams, we discuss the topic of people skills and knowing to talk to people, but more so how you make them feel. No matter your environment, perspective plays a huge roll in how you proceed especially when facing failure. Boo has an innate ability to make decisions both in business, and in life. We discuss what it means to make the decisions that are best for you in a way that serves everyone around you. Give it listen! Instagram: @theboomaddox @brantzw_ @on.the.table.pod
In this episode, Jordan and I discuss his own athletic journey, to then becoming an Athletic Trainer and continuing his education through TB12. Jordan played BYU Rugby and had experienced injuries of his own, which then led to meeting and working with Alex Guerrero (Co-Founder of TB12). Him and I discuss what it's like to work around athletes, and the process of getting them to heal faster. This episode shows how we both speak the same language and have an understanding of the sports & performance industry, business, and a "progressive" mindset shared by athletes we're blessed to work by and with. Jordan now back in Utah, owns a business with offices in Orem and Park City, UT. Enjoy!

My discussion with Mika highlights the journey of playing football from a younger age, through high school and on to the NFL. Mika mentions his journey on connecting with University of Utah, how everyone is treated like family and how we wanted any one to feel that way. The Utes won the Pac-12 Championship in 2021 with Mika as a Captain and the starting Defensive End, he discusses working through any challenge to get the win! From the outside looking in, Mika looks like he's "made it," but to him you're never comfortable and there's always more work to do. Listen to hear his journey from the Utes, to NFL. From Dallas Cowboys to Pittsburgh Steelers. Listen to the full story now! Instagram: @on.the.table.pod & @four_deuce
In this episode, Vini discusses what it's like to finally jump out into the unknown and chase your dreams or passions. (Which I totally relate to.) He talks about the scarcity and uncertainty even after the leap. My favorite piece is Vini mentioning the "what if's" but more so on the missed opportunities, and that if it doesn't work out, he'd still figure it out. Vini talks of the roller coaster in business, the ups and downs, and all of the self-judgement in between. Listen in on why it's so important and all a part of the process! PS- ever heard of "Imposter Syndrome?" @on.the.table.pod & @fuegofilmmedia
In this episode I get to discuss with Hunter how the gym shaped his social media presence. He answers questions on what it's like to post original content vs. following "the trends." When it comes to posting consistently, recognize it'll be a trial and error like other things in life. Hunter discusses the reality in finding a reason for your fitness & health journey, even if that means proving people wrong! To anyone wondering what it's like to be an influencer, and to hear some advice, give this a listen! Instagram: @on.the.table.pod & @hunterliftss
