In this episode, Ty and I discuss how he defines success, and how we all 'find' success and chase it differently. We talk about going to college and getting a degree vs. putting yourself straight into the work and learning how to be successful in that way. Learning and applying can also be different for everyone! We then discuss how sometimes in the way we were raised, and/or how we watched our parents created this innate responsibility within ourselves to go chase after our own successes. Ty quickly learned how he wanted to 'work smarter, not harder.' Whatever your craft, Ty mentions however you can best create value, people will pay for it. "Banks create money out of no where, why can't we?" At the same time, if you see someone having success, go do what they did and try to do it better! Your implementation and your personality are your trademark. Ty reminds us that successful people hang around successful people, go do the same, and you will level up naturally.
