James Hobart stopped by today to talk to us about CrossFit Affiliate Programming, his 2021 Masters experience, the 2021 CrossFit Games Season, old school CrossFit days and much more!
This week, we expand on the topic of what movements we would add or remove from CrossFit the training methodology and CrossFit the sport. 
This is it, we settle the final debate, Mat Fraser or Tia-Claire Toomey? Who is the most dominant individual CrossFit Games athlete of all time? Steel cage match. Two athletes enter, one reigns supreme.
