<p>Did you wake up this morning and say to yourself, "I am totally prepared for this parenting thing." Yeah, me neither and I am a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and mom to two boys. The thing is, each and every one of us are designed as the perfect parents for our child from God and it is normal to feel UNPREPARED for the huge task at hand. We were actually meant to be unprepared so that we can find out strength in God! Cue Perfectly Unprepared. The goal of the podcast is to help you navigate motherhood and raise healthy and happy kids through focusing on supporting the two most important systems of our body, our nervous system and our blood sugar, with a faith filled foundation. You can expect weekly episodes from me, Dr. Dakota, a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner who takes a holistic approach to you and your families health and most importantly, a mom who is also on a journey to creating true health and happiness for our family as well. </p>
