Now that we've come to the end of our first season, we thought to compile some of the words left unsaid in the episodes and in most cases, a short run-through of everything we've experienced via and with the podcast. Our focus on each episode varied on how much was left unsaid; what was said regarding the black and PROUD episode applies to the Indigenous and PROUD episode as well. This season finale reveals more of our personalities and feelings towards this journey. Thank you for listening and we'll keep you posted on the b&f ig page: brownandfeminist.

We raise points such as why humans feel the need to label others and the possible role of religion in shaping social norms like sexual orientation.
We shine light on brands like GUCCI, Marc Jacobs and Dolce & Gabbana, whether it's ethical to keep buying from them and why people persist to do so. We review the weight of words and the complexities of food - can cooking/ selling food be culturally appropriating?!?! Is that going too far? We chip in African, South Asian and East Asian perspectives with Tobechi and Nurul.
