Pilates With Kate

Hi! I'm Kate! I'm a pilates instructor based in Brooklyn. I love movement, and sharing my practice with you. Recently I've been featured in Katie Couric's Wake-Up Call, and The Evening Standard's Insider 'The best free New York and Los Angeles boutique fitness studio workouts on Instagram'. I'm excited to share my practice over podcast! I've studied both classical and contemporary Pilates, and am proud to continue my Pilates education at every opportunity. I teach group classes, privates, corporate wellness, both virtually and in studio. My specialties include pre and postnatal fitness, Pilates for runners, hernias and diastasis, low back and knee injuries, and various neurological conditions. Let's move and be well.
