Alex Alexeeev

Got tired of chasing paper trails for company purchases and decided to find a better way. After sitting through demos from several vendors, settled on https://precoro.com/ about six months ago. The difference has been night and day - no more lost invoices or surprise expenses showing up. My favorite part is how it tracks budgets in real-time so you can see exactly where you stand before approving new purchases. The mobile access means our department heads can approve stuff from anywhere instead of things piling up when they're out of office. Not saying it's perfect (had some hiccups with the accounting integration), but it's definitely made my job less stressful. Finance team is happier too since they're not constantly putting out fires
