Hello, Everyone today(s) episode is talking about the struggles with having different anxiety disorders and I give out different method advices to try and help you lower anxiety and ways to help through panic attacks. I also explain a little bit of how positive outcomes can make your life better and keeping a calm mindset lowering stress and depression by providing some advice and tips.
This episode is about the darker side of ourselves we experience from depression and other mental health disorders. In this episode I explain more about my personal story from a recent toxic relationship that brought the darker side of my mental state out leading to deep depression, social anxiety disorder etc. However, I will provide helpful advice on what you can do if you go through the darker side of yourself by not leading to that direction rather instead you need to push yourself to the lighter side of you as a person with out depression changing your personality.
On this episode I will be talking a little bit about what caused my depression and social anxiety disorder. Also, providing daily motivation quote and positive advice of the day. What causes depression? and why depression makes us overthink everyday for unknown reasons.
