RADIO CREATORS is hosted by Steve Randall who has more than 30 years experience in the radio industry as a presenter, programmer, manager, and owner.


Having worked for the big UK radio groups including Metro Radio Group, EMAP, Bauer, Capital Radio Group, GCap & Global, Steve moved into small commercial radio with the award winning Andover Sound, was regional programme manager at Celador Radio, and presenter at JACK fm and Spire FM.


He presented the first show on community radio station Winchester Radio, and has also been on air with Express FM and Wey Valley Radio.


Steve is a radio consultant focused on small-scale radio & presenter coaching.
