In Florida, real estate teams or groups must adhere to specific advertising regulations outlined in Florida Administrative Code Rule 61J2-10.026. A Buyer called me asking about my listing. He is asking about seller financing. If he puts $50k down. Who would make the terms up? A lawyer?Many times a seller can’t or won’t offer Seller financing and I explain more in this episode and answer the question regarding who makes up the terms.
