We received a question in our first Q&A we're Line wanted to be able to run with a lower heart rate. We did our best to answer her question but without a test result it was purely speculation. Line decide to head over ot Aktivitus for some proper lab test and the results are in. We dissect here results and talk about what Line should focus on for the upcoming months.
