It’s very hard not to judge the mother. So many bad things happened and she chose to stay. Even before hearings about the abuse just the fact that he was so unstable and toxic (lying constantly, breaking laws, being cruel to sons, fleeing/moving multiple times) you would think she would understand how toxic that is for young children. Also, who thinks it’s okay for a grown ass man to hang out unsupervised with your underaged daughter? Call me paranoid, but I think that’s common sense that something is wrong with that. She left her children more than once not even knowing what was going on. I as a mother could not and would not ever let these things happen. It’s so crazy how uncommon common sense is. She can call it loyalty but it clearly is ignorance and stupidity. She even admits she saw things that made her think certain things were going on. Your children should always come first not some lying man who just leaves a trail of chaos and destruction. My heart goes out to her poor child

The idea that Pedophilia is a genuine "sexual orientation" is wrong and dangerous to children, and undermines efforts to protect children in the justice system -- as if we need THAT kind of $%^&. These guys are criminals. Framing their paraphilia as a "sexual orientation", on par with bisexuality and homosexuality, undermines victims seeking justice and creates an opportunity for a future "defense" of their crimes of sexual abuse, and further into the future a possible Avenue of eventual re-decriminalization of child sexual abuse. Pedophiles like the power they have, and the damage they cause. Beware of experts and academics who support Pedophilia as a "sexual orientation".
