The idea that Pedophilia is a genuine "sexual orientation" is wrong and dangerous to children, and undermines efforts to protect children in the justice system -- as if we need THAT kind of $%^&. These guys are criminals. Framing their paraphilia as a "sexual orientation", on par with bisexuality and homosexuality, undermines victims seeking justice and creates an opportunity for a future "defense" of their crimes of sexual abuse, and further into the future a possible Avenue of eventual re-decriminalization of child sexual abuse. Pedophiles like the power they have, and the damage they cause. Beware of experts and academics who support Pedophilia as a "sexual orientation".
