RYLA world over is considered one of the most happening events for youth organized by Rotary clubs / Districts, many participants get inspiration and build greater leadership qualities after attending these programmes,
however the knowledge on how to organize one memorable RYLA is limited to the Rotarians who have been organizing RYLAs over the years , the new Rotarians are largely unaware of the procedures involved.
I have been involved in Organizing RYLAs for many years now and since I am a trained , Facilitator and coach by profession this came easy to me , i feel it is very important to spread this knowledge accross rotarians throughout the world.
thankyou
