The end of a year is a great time to integrate what has happened during the 12 previous months, and to take the time to digest our experiences both to get the nutrition of information and insights from them, and also to make sure that we are releasing and passing through what doesn't serve us. Integrating takes the parts of our day to day lives and helps us to weave them into wholeness, so we live each day present and caught up with ourselves!
Forget the New Year resolutions! Instead, get clear on your vision and call in the support you need. Instead of waiting for a day in the future to start anew, make each day a new day. Today is as good a day as any to get clear and start again. In this show we explore vulnerability, artistry, the difference between care taking and true service, and how to listen to your depth.
"I should be done with this already." "Why won't this pattern change?" "I want to take a different action but I keep getting stuck." We all have some place in our life where we have recurring issues, whether around our self-worth, our eating habits, our relationships, or our past. What helps us move on, beyond the cycles of blame and shame? By taking responsibility for our actions we can take back our power to be in self-respect and aware choice.
How do we bring 100 percent of ourselves into any given situation? And how do we know when it is time to leave? When we step into a relationship, a job, a situation we can do so half-heartedly or without awareness, or we can say YES with our full being, energy and intent. The same is true when we choose to let go, release, or end something -- we can either try and sneak out the back door and hope no one notices, or consciously make a choice that creates clarity and clear endings. This show we will explore how to step in and step out fully
Sometimes people ask me for hard and fast answers: How do I make this emotion shift? How long will this inner process take? Should I keep my job? We all want answers. But sometimes the answers lie not in the question, but in the information that surrounds the question. The answer to many questions is not fixed in time and space, but is fluid and changeable depending on the circumstances. Learn how to discern what is true for you and how to find the answer to any question.
I used to push, judge, and scare myself into change. I figured if I just criticized myself enough I would become a better person, and if I spent my time comparing myself to others I'd somehow magically transform. When I realized all I was doing was making myself miserable and getting in my own way, I changed my tactic. Now I encourage myself with love, excitement, and celebrations. I've learned that gentleness is often more affective than heavy bludgeoning when making mistakes or doing something new. Today we explore the art of the gentle tap and the wisdom of using our irritations to find equanimity.
Today we explore the archetype of the trickster, and why it is important to invite a little trickster energy into your life every once and while. Discover the importance of tapping your own crazy wisdom and breaking out of the shell of normal. Today's music by Z Egloff and Melissa Phillippe

It is easy to follow old habits of judgment, avoidance, and fear and to stay with what is familiar. Courage isn't just about huge heroic acts, it is about the willingness to be vulnerable, to tell ourself the truth, and to choose to bring in love and compassion. Courage is about stepping beyond our comfort zone into a new world of possibility, one tiny act at a time. Today's music by Melissa Phillippe "Courage doesn’t always roar, sometimes it’s the quiet voice at the end of the day whispering ‘I will try again tomorrow.’” ~ Mary Anne Radmacher
