Don't Be Overcome by your emotions. People may get by, but they won't get away. Remember Karma. Success in life is a journey.  Let's take it together.

Does forgiveness mean that you dismiss what or who has hurt you? Does it mean that you have to like them now and be friends? Does it mean that what they did to you was all right? Let's find out.

Measure what you have gone through against someone who has truly suffered.  

Be sure to begin and end each day in GRATITUFDE.  There is ALWAYS something for which to be grateful.  Meditate on good positive things.  Tomorrow is another day and opportunity to heal and be better. The energy that existed BEFORE time began is God.  It is wonderful to know that this indescribable force of nature cares so much for us.
