Today our guest is Jason Shiers. Jason used to have a fancy bio with a list of mental health and coaching credentials and many years experience that somehow he thought helped his self image look cooler in the world, but when he saw through the illusion of thought, and realised that self image was not a real thing, there was really no further need to develop it, he dropped the titles and credentials and just made an ordinary bio. Having recovered from a life of addiction and crime, he now helps others see through the illusion of who they are not, and realise who they truly are.
Tune in to find out what he is up to next and ask yourself, "How can I add more adventure into my life today?"
