This podcast is an undiscovered gem. Tim reveals his vunerabilities to the world so anxiety sufferers can start to heal. His empathetic approach wraps me in a blanket of comfort as I try to tackle the various ways to deal with my anxiety. The best thing about this podcast is specificity of each episode. As an anxious person, I sometimes don't have the mental energy to apply a blanket solution to a a specific anxiety topic. Tim sorts out the red balloon marshmallows from the entire Lucky Charms cereal for you! Thank you Tim, for selflessly providing us comfort and practical solutions to cope with anxiety. It really, truly makes a difference.
