Over the course of this month we looked into how our two brains operate and affect and even dominate our lives. We looked at the effects of the lizard or emotional brain, and how and why it often overrides the logical brain. The whole point of the talks so far have been about helping you understand better how the duality of your brain functions so that you can work with them rather than trying to fight against them. Now we will bring everything together to get a better understanding and awareness about creating balance and synergy and harmony so that your brain - both the left and the right part - becomes your ally. We will also go over a 7 day game plan to implement what you've learned so far and will learn in this talk. If you want to make better use of both your logical and your emotional brain and make them work together better, this one is a must listen for you. So listen to this talk to learn more.
Being logical is a great mental state to be in. It improves the quality of your decisions, and of your life. There are all sorts of benefits to being more logical. But, that's not always the easiest thing to do.The biggest reason for that has to do with the second part of your brain - your lizard brain. That part often overpowers and overrides the logical part of your brain. Understanding why that happens can help you become more aware of what's going on in your psyche and improve your ability to deal with things when your logical brain malfunctions or takes a backseat. And developing your awareness and getting more insights and clarity about that (which is one of the most potent ways you can become more logical) is what this episode of the Better Mindset Show is all about. If you want to learn how you can stop your rational brain from malfunctioning (and how you can get both parts of your brain to work together better and more synergistically), this one is definitely for you.Listen to this talk to learn more.
