In this conversation, Paul and I discuss running and how he came to turn a good way to lose weight into a passion for endurance sports into a passion for organising trail running races and creating a community of people who are keen to support and help put these races together. Paul is a genuinely lovely guy and throughout the conversation his passion and enjoyment in what he does was evident. Trail Monkey is a genuinely inclusive environment which gives people a perfect way to complete their first trail races and go on to do amazing things with running in some instances.
