In this conversation, Bethan and I discuss the genesis of the idea behind the 'Jersey Local Food Challenge' as well as 'HedgeVeg'. Bethan is somebody that is clearly in tune with the way that food is produced and distributed in Jersey, she is also incredibly passionate about her topics. The Local Food Challenge encourages islanders to eat locally in a gradual and sustainable way and HedgeVeg provides the tools to make this a heck of a lot easier.
