Emile Heskey discusses his early athletic endeavours, his transition to football, supporting Leicester City and meeting his football idols. Emile Heskey is an English former professional footballer who currently serves as head of football development of Leicester City Women. As a striker, he made more than 500 appearances over an 18-year career starting his career with Leicester City and moving to Liverpool in 2000. He later played for Birmingham City, Wigan Athletic, Aston Villa, Newcastle Jets and finished his career with Bolton Wanderers. Conor Coady discusses his move from Wolves to Leicester, his early football memories, banning racism from the game and expresses how he'd improve VAR as his first act as Football God.  Conor Coady started at Wolverhampton Wanderers in 2015 and it was at Molineux where he made the switch from midfield to defence. He played over 300 games for the club, winning the Championship in the 2017–18 season. In 2022–23, he was sent on loan to Everton, before joining Leicester City in 2023. In this week’s Football Gods, Wolves' legend Steve Bull sets out to make refereeing fairer, recommends his favourite UK town for fish and chips and recalls football training stories from the 80s. In 1986 Steve Bull joined Wolves from arch-rivals West Bromwich Albion for £65,000, alongside Andy Thompson, and so a legacy began. What followed over the next 13 years was 561 appearances in old gold and a smashed goal scoring record, after he bagged 306 times to cruise past John Richards to the top of the record chart. Despite competing in the Football League, Bull earned international recognition in the form of 13 England caps and represented his country at the 1990 World Cup. Steve Bull MBE being named a vice president of Wolves in July 2006 continued the incredible legacy he holds at the football club.
