The hardest part of saving money is starting!Does anyone relate? Some of us didn’t have an established relationship with finances growing up. I grew up thinking that savings were only an option, not really a necessity and even if it was done, savings always went last. You spend your money, and pay your bills, and buy this and do that, and if IF there's anything left, yay you get to save a few coins! And oh, those coins are lucky if they lasted a few weeks, or even days before they’re needed again. You too?!Do you want to change your money habits, get some new insight on managing finances as a young adult and on building wealth? Today we are talking about real tangible and actionable ways to build up your savings, especially if you’re in your 20s!EQ BANK Review — https://www.nicoleconstante.co/blog/eqbankSign up with EQ Bank (2% Savings Interest) — https://bit.ly/eq-bankJoin the conversation:FULL EPISODE SHOWNOTES: www.nicoleconstante.co/podcast/40MONDAY NEWSLETTERS: www.nicoleconstante.co/joinNICOLE ON INSTAGRAM: www.instagram.com/nicole.constanteTag us on Instagram! #TheGetItGirlRadio
This is how Quarantine went for me..Can you believe that we are actually living in history right now? That one day, we'll go back and yup, that happened! I was part of that, I saw that happening and I experienced that. But now, I'm asking you, how would you want to tell this story in the years to come? Do we want to come back to it feeling bitter and victimized, or do we wanna be able to say, "Yeah, I remember. And I am so thankful that that happened because it steered me into a better direction. Into my purpose."It's taught me a lot of lessons I pray to carry with me, which today, I get to share with you— my reflections over the last several weeks being in isolation and what this has made me realize. We're talking leadership, surrender + other real talk :)This episode will be like a little tribute to this season that just yielded in ways I never could've imagined it would and became a blessing in disguise.Join the conversation:FULL EPISODE SHOWNOTES: www.nicoleconstante.co/podcast/39FREE BUSINESS & PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT RESOURCES: www.nicoleconstante.co/joinNICOLE ON INSTAGRAM: www.instagram.com/nicole.constanteTag us on Instagram! #TheGetItGirlRadio
Today, we are talking about letting go of perfectionism, the thing that gets in our way.Have you ever used being a perfectionist as an excuse, or treated it as a compliment? We aim to be better, create better, raise our standards, and it's supposed to drive and motivate us right? BUT that is actually not what's happening. It also leaves us feeling like we are a failure because inherently, even before we realize it, it's not about doing our job well, or saying the right things, or looking a certain way, or being of a big contribution, it's about who we think we are. But it’s a different kind of blessing and purpose when we allow ourselves to make mistakes. To lose and learn. We're re-channeling our focus, not going for a lower standard, but using our drive somewhere else, coming from a place of acceptance.Join the conversation:FULL EPISODE SHOWNOTES: www.nicoleconstante.co/podcast/38FREE BUSINESS & PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT RESOURCES: www.nicoleconstante.co/joinNICOLE ON INSTAGRAM: www.instagram.com/nicole.constanteTag us on Instagram! #TheGetItGirlRadio

Stop day, rest day, day off.. whatever you want to call it. We all need it.We live in a world where literally we are forced to always be doing, not just by those around us but also by ourselves. We always want to fill our time with something and we've seemed to have lost the beauty of rest.Distractions are at an all-time high and there always seems to be a new thing to do or to try.We boast about how "busy" we are and how we are working around the clock making things happen as if that is the epitome of a good life when in reality, we are in this journey of entrepreneurship because we wanted freedom in the first place. Today I’m going to share with you the 9 ways that I came up with on how I’m taking ownership of my finances. How I can make yourself feel more at ease when it comes to the subject, the boundaries I am going to set up and principles I will choose to live by so that I can have sense of “Safety.” I was in a 3 day money conference awhile ago called She’s A MoneyBoss Live by Selina Gray and oh boy, that event has been so transformative and I feel really blessed to have been there. During the first day, we talked alot about our own challenges, our programming, our conceived notions and beliefs about money and I cried so much from all the things that were coming up. One of our first day activities was to make a list of ways on how we can create safety around money. Safety looks different for us, and it does not necessarily only mean having enough and then some, for me, it also means how I’m tackling my money triggers and cultivating a better relationship with and mindset towards it.
