Practically every action we commit is onset by a trigger. A trigger is neither good nor bad, however it is the first step in a neurological sequence that produces our desired or unwanted behavior. What I believed is not stressed enough today is that the command to follow a trigger once it is fired is given by YOU. All the feelings you feel are by your command, the reaction you have is by your Unconscious command. So that means you are the master of you, you are in control of your life and not a the mercy of 'triggers'. Triggers can be rewired to to support your health and your goals, and I share a personal story to attest with my life that it can happen. The process of how is gentle, rapid and lasting. What makes thoughts feel so heavy if a thought doesn’t have any physical weight to it? How do we end up with so many thoughts that we become stressed, drained, overwhelmed? These are actually a result of our mind processing normally. But not healthily. Our mind receives information through our senses, which then informs our thoughts and directs our energy into actions. Want to know why you may be using energy up your in an unhealthy way, burning through it before you can do what really needs to be done with it? Failure is a part of life. All of us produce and work through it differently. Failure is just a mindset - therefore it can be changed. Everyone deserves and is worthy of success and greatness, so how can everyone achieve their vision their own way? We need to be aware of how we cause our failure from within in ourselves before we can take action to attain, enjoy and share success around us. In this episode we discuss how success cannot be achieved without persistence through failure, how we can alter our perception of failure to accept it with grace and what we can do to create a truly fail-proof way of life for ourselves and those we interact with.
The devil has no power but influence and thrives on negativity. Our minds give us the power to create or destroy, succeed or fail, win or lose at anything in life. The world today is reflecting how people are unknowingly forfeiting the gift of the mind and the power it grants. Mental struggles and illness are the fruits of drifting away from knowing and believing in one's self, one's true value and ultimate purpose. The battle is always within - what shows up outside of us is materialised from what is within us. Need another reason to wash and reset your mind? The power of positive thought is dangerously underestimated and is the only tool to start and end our real daily battles in victory.
When we live a life aligned with our values, we know we are being our true selves. When we forfeit or go against our values, we experience a shift in our inner world. Each of us face inner battles and how we fair in our own battle can determine how we judge, praise or punish others who are fighting their own. We can only control our own results and appreciate where everyone is at in their journey of life, and we can all do better if we know ourselves better.
Mind-full-ness is a symptom of mental and emotional burdens. Like everything else in our life, we are responsible for whether the load lessens, increases or stays the same over time. Finding moments of peace, calm and quiet in between the busyness of our lives often turns into a flood of inner dialogue we believe we’re not ready for. But we are. We are in the right place, at the right time, for change and healing.
We all face struggles in life, especially when we seek our own success and achievement through processes that are designed and structured from the past ideas of the generations before us. Because of these, perhaps outdated, unsupportive structures and their consequences, many of us in this generation can playfully and blamefully label ourselves ‘cursed’. Hindered by a force we can't change or control. Our life doesn’t have to seem or be like that. It can be changed in a moment, if we believe it can and if we know how. This episode covers a lot of ground, ideas and eras to bring it back to the simple truth - you have the power to free the world when you free yourself.
Why would any one want to forget?! You know why. And you know what. There are many things that stand in the way of us remembering what we need to when we need to, and they are usually the things that do not serve us anymore or support us in moving forward in life. By becoming aware of those things, forgetting them with purpose, we can release our energy and have unlimited access to our true selves.
An ability that sets us apart from other species and from each other is ‘Remembering’. It’s above instinct and habit, it’s an unconscious and powerful tool necessary for us to live our lives and live them well. This has been a big theme across my recent life events, and with all the uncertainty and falsehood currently swaying the world, Remembering has been my anchor and inspiration to move forward.
"A coach can only coach what she's been through." Here we are, 2022. Covid = been there, done that. And still here to serve you. What better way to kick off the year than overcoming what is currently perceived as the greatest threat. I was blessed to only experience one of the symptoms and this allowed me to focus the rest of the time holding space to support my family overcome all of theirs. We made it through coz we were made to, and so are all of you.
Reminding you of your power, choice and freedom to choose how scathed you want to be in life, how high and far you want to fly.

We do what we do for a reason, a purpose. To fulfill a need, to gain something. How we go about it is completely our choice. I respect that and always will. If you want hate from me, I will disappoint you. I can love you through it and support you when needed, by your invitation. For what purpose would I bring you down for doing the best you can with what you have? You deserve to be happy, whole, loved. And you are. That's the truth I will always stand for.
Our life is a series of success. What we succeed in is a result of how we apply the feedback we receive (or reject) on our path to our goals. Some of us are successful at missing deadlines, being sarcastic at inappropriate times, or even rage. Withholding feedback from those we care about is a form of sabotage. Real friends five real feedback.
Silencing the feedback within us, delivered through our thoughts or physical feelings, is rejection of the self. It is important for us to knwo how to listen to ourselves since feedback is vital for our overall health. And it's easier and a lot more fun than it's commonly frame to be in modern society.

The killer of everything is stuckness. Mental illness labels are basically different forms of being emotionally stuck. We are unlimited 100% of the time, which means being stuck is against our nature. All our thoughts, decisions, actions leads us forward in life.
Some people have significant experiences that can suggest that they are 'not enough'. Once they believe this they become stuck, begin repeating the suggestion to themselves, making it an autosuggestion that influences their life experience. You can't grow if you are stuck in an emotional state like trauma, trying to meet expectations, or displacing your responsibility.
The biggest lie in life is, 'You can't do it'. If you get to stage of life where you don't know what to do, get excited because you're about to learn what to do. You're on the brink of discovering who you really are. Take that 1 extra step, move onward. In doing so you also help others to become unstuck.
In this extended episode I share highlights of the darkest time of my life. The struggle to become unstuck is a moment to moment battle for the majority of humanity today. Believe me when I say I know what that feels likes, looks like, sounds like. The anxiety, depression, trauma, isolation, enslavement. The good news is I figured out how to reverse it and sharing with others the 'how' to do it is what my time is dedicated to.

Ever wonder why you see and hear about the actions of the people who hurt and hate? It resounds across the globe. How is it that those doing good work can't be heard? The situation of the world is telling of ALL people - those doing something and those not doing anything. There is more good than bad in the world because all people are good, born good, just twisted to believe otherwise. How each person shows up and stands up in the world matters. Everyone contributes to the good and the bad. Your heart has a physical ripple effect in the world. It alters matter. How you think, the way you love yourself, impacts everything. So don't think that as one person you don't have the power or capability to influence change in the world. You're needed. A million zeros don't add up to 1. And they never will. Words, all the words, with action, mean nothing. We can all be a bit like that sometimes - talking about what we want to everyone every opportunity we get. And in that time we are putting off what we need to do. The only thing you're responsible for in this life is yourself. So show up and do the work for yourself. Give yourself a break from that cycle. Break that cycle!
Hi everyone! Coming to you fresh out of graduation, ready to fly to the US and launch my Training school in the next few weeks! The virus is not going anywhere and it's still not a reason to stop living, moving forward and creating the life you want. Our actions are prompted by our thoughts and we choose what we focus on. The masses are focused on getting more and more information that does not support their goals let alone their health. CHOOSE YOU. Out of 11million bts of data vying for your attention you can consciously choose to focus on 126 bts. And that 126 bts influences takes all your attention. Choose what serves you and supports you. Head in the right direction for you.
People fast for many different reasons and our bodies go through the same journey. The benefits of fasting positively impact the body, mind and the soul. Like the training season for sports, or war, the season of Lent calls us to fast from excessive food, places, actions, people, things that do not make us happy so we have the energy to be, do and give more of what brings freedom and joy. I personally struggle to stay on track or motivated sometimes, so I share this new perspective that I've reflected on for over a year as it has helped move forward and overcome my cravings and temptations - knowing how excess food stops us from living our purpose, fulfilling the plan of the devil.
