Welcome back to another episode of the Human Connection podcast, I'm your host Brittney Lynn, founder of the Human Connection Agency, a PR agency that helps you get visible and land prominent media mentions and today's episode we are talking about consistency and why it matters when you pitch the media. If you're brand new to pitching yourself to the media it can be hard to develop the habit of being consistent with your pitching, right? Doing anything new and unfamiliar can feel like a struggle. Trying a new workout routine, eating healthier, regularly writing blog posts, drinking more water, routinely recording new podcast episodes...all of those things can feel hard to do when you're starting a new habit if you aren't used to it. But I will share this: when it comes to basically anything in life, if you're wanting to form a new habit and get into a routine of regularly doing something, you have to be consistent to move forward. Tune in to find out why consistency matters when it comes to pitching the media. Full show notes at: http://brittneyllynn.com/humanconnection Links mentioned: Download my free pitch templates
