Today is Dr. Martin Luther King Jr's Day so I thought it would be fitting to dedicate this episode to honoring him and his legacy as a Civil Rights Movement Leader and a World Renowned Leader. My advice to you after listening to this episode is to go and do your research on the Civil Rights Movement. In addition, I would listen to some or all of Martin Luther King Jr's speech and try to retain as much as you can from him as a leader. Finally, take notes and apply what you have learned to your life as you are developing yourself as a leader. Be Serious about your GROWTH! Thank you for listening! Djovanny Therasse

This episode emphasizes the urgency us as generation Z have to embody as we look forward to our involvements in the development of the generations to come. We have to recognize our responsibilities to our generation and the ones to come. With that said, as we are working toward becoming the leaders we ought to be we have to recognize the great responsibility attached to it. We have to take it upon ourselves to look after the future we ought to carefully craft for ourselves, our children and our society. Practically, being involved in the lives of younger people is a big start. As we spend time with them, we will understand their concerns, their fears, what makes them happy, sad, anxious and more. From there, we would place ourselves in a better position to lead efficaciously.
In this episode, I congratulated all the graduates as well as reminding them of the responsibility that awaits them as they graduate. It is time remember the people who helped them and laid down their lives to see them succeed. Moreover, I challenged all not sit around but to do their due diligence to study and educate themselves in our society's problems and disparities. After that, we ought to find the things we are passionate about and apply it to our society and make it a better place.
This is episode is about YOU and the fact that you matter—You are significant to yourself, to the people around you and to the world. And I don’t say that just to say it I believe it with all my heart and YOU should believe it as well because it is true. Your presence matters, you make a different to your family, your community and to the world. With that said, embrace your authentic self and take care of yourself because you deserve to see your healthiest self. Not only that, you are most influential to the people around you when you are your authentic and healthiest self. You Matter and walk in that confidence. Take away: Walk with the knowing that you are significant unapologetically. Consequently, go out and make a positive long-lasting impact in the lives of people in your life and more.
